Mathematician Anand Kumar Hosts Enriching Session at St Michael’s High School

Patna: Renowned mathematician Anand Kumar, famed for his Super 30 initiative, spent half a day with the Year 11 and 12 students of St Michael’s High School (SMHS), who are aspiring to take the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE). Kumar conducted two separate sessions, focusing on solving JEE-level mathematics problems.

Anand emphasized the importance of thoroughly understanding basic concepts and problems, as well as approaching problems from various perspectives and methodologies. The sessions were enriching and engaging, attended by around 500 students.

The programme was coordinated by Pranav Kumar. Earlier, the Principal of SMHS, Fr A Christu Savarirajan SJ, welcomed and introduced the guest speaker.
