Amit Shah Vows to Abolish Muslim Reservation in Arrah Rally

Ara: Union Home Minister Amit Shah addressed a gathering at Veer Kunwar Singh Stadium in Ara on Friday, campaigning for NDA candidate RK Singh. During his speech, Shah confidently predicted a decisive victory for the BJP in the ongoing elections.

“We have completed five phases of elections. Tomorrow is the sixth phase. You want to know the result? Let me tell you, Modi ji is securing 310 seats by the fifth phase,” Shah declared.

Shah criticized the opposition, referring to the Indi alliance, and asserted, “The Indi alliance is losing badly. We in the BJP are not afraid, even of an atom bomb. PoK will soon be part of India. We are not cowards like our opponents.”

He went on to accuse the opposition of intending to revoke reservations for backward classes and redistribute them to Muslims. “I urge you to help the NDA win 400 seats. We will abolish Muslim reservations,” he stated.

Shah warned that if the opposition coalition comes to power, they will halt ongoing schemes for the poor. “Do you want Lalu’s Jungle Raj or Narendra Modi’s welfare programs for the poor? Congress, Lalu Prasad Yadav, and Mamata Banerjee want to steal reservations from our backward classes. In Karnataka, they gave 5% reservation to Muslims, in Hyderabad, 4%, and Mamata Banerjee added many Muslim castes to OBC. Just yesterday, the Kolkata High Court canceled this illegal reservation in Bengal,” he said.

Shah also targeted Lalu Prasad, claiming he serves only his family’s interests. “People mistakenly believe Lalu Ji works for the Yadavs. He works only for his children and family, not for the backward classes or Yadavs.”

Referencing the previous administration in Bihar, Shah asked, “Do you want Lalu’s Jungle Raj back? Do you want a return to a state of lawlessness and corruption? As long as Modi is here, Jungle Raj will not return to Bihar.”

Highlighting alleged nepotism, Shah pointed out, “Lalu’s two sons were ministers in Bihar’s government. He made his wife the Chief Minister; one daughter is an MP; and another daughter is contesting elections. If he truly cared, Karpoori Thakur would have received the Bharat Ratna long ago.”
