Arijit Singh's Patna Concert Postponed Due to VVIP Movement

Patna: The highly anticipated concert featuring renowned Bollywood singer Arijit Singh, scheduled to take place in Patna on December 10, has been postponed. The organizers cited VVIP movement in the city on the same day as the reason for rescheduling, with the new date expected to be announced soon.

The decision comes in light of the 26th meeting of the Eastern Zonal Council (EZC), focusing on the development of eastern states, including Bihar, set to occur on December 10 in Patna. Notable attendees at the Eastern Regional Council meeting will include Chief Ministers of Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal, and Odisha. Union Home Minister Amit Shah will preside over the meeting.

The rearrangement of the concert date is accompanied by adjustments to the city’s traffic system due to the anticipated impact of the EZC meeting. The organizers prioritized the safety and security of the audience, considering the potential for significant traffic disruptions and large crowds.
