According to the victim, the branch head, identified as Rajneesh Kumar Srivastava, contacted her on Wednesday afternoon, asking about her day’s work. The conversation quickly turned concerning when Srivastava reportedly invited her to a girls’ hostel under the pretext of discussing urgent medical advice for a friend.
