Bihar: Bharatiya Vishwakarma Mahasangh Meeting in Muzaffarpur Sets Stage for Maha Rally On 5th Feb In Patna
MUZAFFARPUR: The worker meeting of Bharatiya Vishwakarma Mahasangh concluded on Monday at Parvati Vivah Bhavan in the district, bringing together members of the Lohar, Goldsmith, Kasera, Thathera, Potter, and Carpenter communities. Presided over by district president Mukesh Sharma and conducted by Uttam Kumar alias Guddu, the meeting discussed plans for a district conference.
The District Executive Committee, along with hundreds of attendees, engaged in a detailed conversation about the future initiatives of the federation. National President Mukul Anand addressed the gathering, expressing concerns about the Vishwakarma community’s lack of significant progress since independence. He emphasized the need for unity and urged the community to participate actively in the upcoming ‘Vishwakarma Adhikar Rally’ scheduled at Gandhi Maidan in Patna in February.
Highlighting the societal, economic, educational, and political neglect faced by the Vishwakarma community, Anand underscored the importance of political engagement for development. He urged members not to be misled and to recognize the power of their votes, emphasizing the significance of organized voting.
Varun Kumar and Shatrughan Prasad echoed Anand’s sentiments, praising the concept of Bharatiya Vishwakarma Mahasangh as a lifeline for the community. They emphasized the need for unity among the descendants of Vishwakarma’s five sons under the leadership of National President Mukul Anand. The community aims to showcase its strength at the massive rally scheduled at Gandhi Maidan in Patna on February 5, 2024.
Mukesh Sharma delivered the presidential address during the program, while Ganesh Mistry extended the vote of thanks, concluding the worker meeting with a sense of purpose and unity among the Vishwakarma community members.
