Bihar’s Cabinet on Wednesday approved an MoU with the Airports Authority of India for proposed greenfield airports in Rajgir and the Rohtas-Kaimur region, alongside a raft of decisions covering tourism, urban infrastructure, artificial intelligence, mining, and local governance.
