Bihar CM Nitish Kumar’s 74th Birthday: Son Nishant Cuts Cake, Seeks Another Term for CM

Patna: Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar celebrated his 74th birthday on Saturday, with his son Nishant Kumar marking the occasion by cutting a cake with family members and offering prayers at Patna’s Hanuman Mandir.
Nishant, while speaking to the media, expressed his wish for his father to be declared the NDA’s chief ministerial candidate for the upcoming elections. “I prayed for my father’s continued leadership so that he can keep working for Bihar’s development,” Nishant said.
The occasion saw a wave of greetings from political leaders across party lines. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary, and BJP leader Vijay Sinha extended their best wishes.
Leader of Opposition Tejashwi Prasad Yadav also wished CM Nitish on his birthday. Union Minister Chirag Paswan, in his message, said, “We pray for the Chief Minister’s good health and well-being.”
