Bihar: CUSB Law and Governance Club Hosts Vibrant Program at Rajpur Middle School
GAYA – Members of the Pro Bono Club at the Central University of South Bihar (CUSB) School of Law and Governance (SLG) organized a cultural program at Rajpur Middle School Paraiya in the vicinity of the university.
Public Relations Officer (PRO) Mudsseer Alam stated that under the ‘Campus for Community’ initiative of Vice-Chancellor Prof. Kameshwar Nath Singh, several cultural programs were organized at the school under the leadership of Dr. Dev Narayan Singh, the Nodal Officer of the Pro Bono Club.
Commencing the program on the occasion of Swami Vivekananda’s birth anniversary, the Principal of the school was honored with a shawl. Following this, CUSB students organized various cultural programs based on the ideals of Swami Vivekananda, focusing on principles of education, social responsibility, and service. The Pro Bono Club students conducted essay and speech competitions for Rajpur School students. They also highlighted the importance of cultural heritage through street plays for both school and village residents.
In the street play program, Pro Bono Club students Pranav Suyesh, Vishal, Neha Meeni, Tanisha, Vaishnavi, and Ananya participated. The awareness program and street play were presented under the guidance of Preeti Kumari, the coordination head of CYUSB’s students and Pro Bono Club. Prizes were awarded to participants and winners of the competitions. The program concluded with tree planting, where students from both the school and the Pro Bono Club actively participated in planting several trees.
