Bihar: Fire Ravages Patna Zoo Premises, Consumes Over a Dozen E-Rickshaws
Patna – Late on Friday night, a devastating fire erupted within the premises of Patna Zoo, the capital of Bihar, wreaking havoc as more than 12 e-rickshaws were reduced to ashes. Despite the swift response of fire engines, substantial damage had already occurred, and it took considerable effort to bring the fire under control. The government had organized these e-rickshaws for the zoo tours.
Officials reported that the fire originated from an electric vehicle at Gate No. 2 of Patna Zoo, caused by a short circuit. Promptly upon receiving information about the incident, fire brigade vehicles rushed to the spot and successfully subdued the flames.
As of now, there is no information available regarding any additional damage, and further investigations are underway to determine the full extent of the incident.
