Bihar Government Transfers Administrative and Police Officials Across Departments

Patna: The Bihar government has transferred a significant number of officials, including Deputy Development Commissioners (DDCs), Additional District Magistrates (ADMs), Sub-Divisional Police Officers (SDPOs), and Deputy Superintendents of Police (DSPs).

The state Home Department issued a notification on Saturday evening detailing the transfers. According to the notification, Shailesh Kumar has been appointed as the Deputy Development Commissioner of Arwal, while Brijesh Kumar will take over the same role in Sheohar. Subhash Chandra Mandal has been assigned as the Deputy Development Commissioner of Jamui, and Shashi Shekhar has been made the Additional District Magistrate of Bhojpur.

Among the transferred officials are two IAS officers. Sahila Heer has been appointed as the Director of the Primary Education Department, while Nirmal Kumar has been reassigned from the Bihar State University Commission to serve as the Municipal Commissioner of Sasaram.

In other transfers, Mohammad Belal has been posted to Bihar Special Military Police 10, Rakesh Ranjan to Bihar Special Military Police 5, and Kamakhya Narayan Singh to the Bihar Police Headquarters. Manoranjan Bharti has been transferred to Bihar Special Military Police 14.

Several district-level administrative changes have also been made. Brij Kishore Chaudhary will serve as Additional District Magistrate (ADM) in Begusarai, Nishant in Saharsa, Subodh Kumar in Rohtas, and Dinesh Ram in Bhagalpur.

In other appointments, Saket Kumar has been designated as the Sub-Divisional Police Officer in Sikrahna, Parvez Alam as Director of the Urdu Cabinet Secretariat, Sunil Kumar Singh as Municipal Commissioner of Saharsa, and Manju Kumari as Municipal Commissioner of Ara. Shri Prakash has been appointed as the Joint Secretary of the Sugarcane Department.
