Bihar Labor Resources Department Launches QR Code for Mega Job Fair 2024-25

Patna: The Department of Labor Resources, Government of Bihar, has taken a significant step towards improving employment opportunities for youth by launching the QR code for the Mega Job Fair 2024-25. On December 18, the QR code was jointly released by Deepak Anand, Secretary and Chief Executive Officer of the Department and Bihar Skill Development Mission (BSDM), Rajiv Ranjan, Special Secretary and Additional Chief Executive Officer, and Suresh Kumar Singh, Managing Director of BSDM, at Niyojan Bhawan.
The QR code will not only facilitate registration for the job fair but will also assist employers in selecting eligible candidates for future job opportunities. This technological innovation marks a milestone in transforming the employment sector, streamlining the registration process, and enhancing the connection between candidates and employers.
Deepak Anand highlighted the importance of the QR code initiative, describing it as a historic move to provide better employment opportunities to Bihar’s youth. He emphasized that the QR code system would make the registration process more efficient, ensuring better coordination between employers and job seekers, both during the fair and beyond.
Anand encouraged all interested candidates to register promptly by scanning the QR code, noting that this initiative would lead to more transparent and effective employment practices. He appealed to the youth of Bihar to seize this important opportunity and actively participate in the Mega Job Fair 2024-25.
