Bihar: Union Minister Nityanand Rai Targets CM Nitish Kumar Over Indecent Comments on Goddess Durga
PATNA: Nityanand Rai, Union Minister of State for Home, has directed criticised Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Prasad Yadav concerning the indecent comments made by an RJD MLA about Goddess Durga.
Rai asserted that those making anti-Sanatan remarks enjoy the support of Nitish Kumar and Tejashwi Yadav. He posed a direct question to both, saying, “Nitish ji, Tejashwi ji, enlighten me on the appropriateness of using abusive language towards Maa Durga. How good or bad was it?”
He went on to express, “RJD MLA Fateh Bahadur Singh deserves even more condemnation for making disrespectful remarks about Maa Durga ji.”
Highlighting a pattern, Rai added, “Disparaging Sanatan culture, Gods, and Goddesses has become a recurring theme for the arrogant alliance, including RJD-Congress. From East to West, and from North to South, these individuals have labeled Sanatan as everything from leprosy to deadly viruses and parasites. Such individuals consistently receive the blessings of Nitish ji and Tejashwi ji.”
Rai criticized the alliance for their habitual commentary on Hindu Gods, Sanatan Dharma, and Ramcharitmanas, attributing it to a distorted mentality and appeasement. He emphasized the harm such comments cause to society and the country, asserting that India’s timeless Sanatan culture has consistently overcome the verbal poison of individuals with a demonic mentality in the past and will continue to do so in the future.
