Initiated by CANVAS, a pioneering art organization based in Patna, the Bodhgaya Biennale marks a significant effort to revive the artistic spirit in the state of Bihar. The event not only provides a platform for national and international artists to showcase their work but also invites attendees to immerse themselves in the lanes of Bihar’s centuries-old cultural tapestry.

This year’s inauguration ceremony was graced by senior artist Anandi Prasad Badal, joined by Vinay Kumar, Vinod Anupam (Film Critic), and Sanjeev Singh (Principal, DPS Gaya). The art exhibition, hosted at Bhartiya Nritya Kala Mandir until December 20, proudly showcases the works and installations of artists from across the globe. Notable contributors include Jatin Das, Amitab Das, Umesh Sharma, Amit Kumar, Kavita Nayar, and Anandita.
