Bodies of Three Bihar Migrant Workers Killed in Kashmir Terror Attack Repatriated

Patna: The bodies of three migrant workers from Bihar, who were killed in a terrorist attack in Ganderbal, Jammu and Kashmir, are being repatriated to their home state. The workers, identified as Faheem Nasir from Akbarpura in Vaishali, Kaleem from Hanumannagar Chakla in Madhepura, and Mohammad Hanif from Rampur Lahi in Madhepura, will be flown from Srinagar to Delhi tonight on flight 6E-2226, which is expected to arrive at 21:35. From Delhi, the bodies will be transported to Patna Airport on an Indigo flight, scheduled to land at 8:00 am tomorrow.

Following the attack, the Department of Labour Resources, in coordination with local authorities, acted swiftly to ensure the timely return of the deceased to their home state. Bihar’s Labour Resources Minister, Santosh Kumar Singh, expressed his deep condolences to the victims’ families and assured them that the administration is providing full support. The department has committed to assisting the families at every level during this difficult time.
