Chirag Paswan rallies for LJP (R) Candidate in Chatra, calls for NDA's return to power in Jharkhand

Chatra: Janardan Paswan, the NDA candidate from the Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) for the Chatra assembly seat in Jharkhand, filed his nomination on Thursday. Accompanied by Arun Bharti, the LJP (R) in-charge and Jamui MP, and thousands of supporters, Janardan submitted his nomination papers to the Sub-Divisional Officer in Chatra.

Following the nomination, Chirag Paswan, National President of LJP (R) and Union Minister of Food Processing Industries, addressed a large public meeting at the Sadar Police Station Ground in Chatra. In his speech, Chirag criticized the current state government led by Hemant Soren and the Indy alliance, asserting that the NDA is poised to form a strong government in Jharkhand with a historic mandate. He called for a developed and prosperous Jharkhand under a double engine government in line with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision and urged the people of Chatra to support Janardan Paswan by voting for the helicopter symbol on November 13.

Despite heavy rainfall during the event, the turnout was significant, showcasing unwavering support for Chirag Paswan and the NDA. Attendees remained undeterred by the weather, reflecting the strong public backing for the party.

Chirag reiterated his commitment to safeguarding women, farmers, youth, and the Constitution in Jharkhand. He emphasized that the roadmap for development under NDA governance will be strengthened over the next five years to ensure the welfare of all, especially the deprived sections of society.

In addition to the meeting in Chatra, Chirag addressed gatherings in Simaria, seeking the blessings of the public for the NDA. Key leaders in attendance included Arun Bharti, Chatra MP Kalicharan Singh, LJP state president Birendra Pradhan, BJP Chatra district president Ramdev Singh Bhokta, national spokesperson Dhirendra Kumar Munna, and senior leaders from BJP, LJP, JD (U), and AJSU.
