Christmas Celebrations Bring Joy to Jesus and Mary Academy

Patna: Christmas festivities were in full swing at Jesus and Mary Academy on Saturday, marking the birth of Lord Jesus. The event featured a vibrant cultural program, beginning with a prayer song, “Jhoomo Nacho Khushi Se Aaj.” Students from classes 9 and 10 performed a dance to “We Love Jesus,” and Christmas carols like “Alleluia” and “Chup Hai Chanda” enchanted the audience.

A tableau depicted the Nativity, while “Dut Sena Swarg Se Utkar Kar” and “Jingle Bells” created a magical atmosphere. Santa Claus’s arrival brought joy as children scrambled for gifts.

The school’s director, Ambrose Patrick, and deputy director, Abhishek Patrick, highlighted the importance of Christmas, and principal Pooja N. Sharma, alongside teacher Sheela Rohatgi, oversaw the program. The celebration embodied the spirit of love, peace, and unity.
