The Chief Minister emphasized the importance of using technology to accelerate infrastructure development and called for continuous monitoring to maintain roads. He urged officials to promptly address complaints to ensure smooth traffic flow and better connectivity in rural areas. Rural Works Department Additional Chief Secretary Deepak Kumar Singh provided detailed insights into the app’s functionality.
The ‘Hamara Bihar Hamari Sadak’ app, now available on Google Play Store, enables citizens to report road issues directly to the government and track resolution progress. This initiative reflects the Bihar government’s commitment to improving transport infrastructure and fostering citizen engagement in rural development.
