Patna: Direct flights from Patna to Ayodhya have been discontinued as per the new schedule released by Patna Airport. Previously, SpiceJet and IndiGo operated one direct flight each between these cities, but these have now been stopped. Despite this, Patna continues to have a direct flight to Deoghar four days a week—Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday.
The updated schedule, effective until September 30, includes details on 33 pairs of aircraft, with Indigo operating 27 of them. The earliest flight from Patna is to Bengaluru at 8:05 am, and the last is to Hyderabad at 10:20 pm. SpiceJet, which previously had six flights from Patna, now has only one flight to Delhi, as five flights have been halted for maintenance.
In the current schedule, Patna Airport has 12 pairs of flights connecting to Delhi, reduced from 13 in the previous schedule. Other major connections include four flights to Bengaluru and three each to Mumbai, Kolkata, and Hyderabad. Additionally, there is one flight each to Ranchi, Chandigarh, Deoghar, Lucknow, Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Ahmedabad, and Pune.
