Fire Breaks Out in Patna Boy’s Hostel, All 40 Residents Rescued Safely
Patna: A fire broke out in a boy’s hostel located in the Kotwali police station area of Patna on January 24, causing panic among the residents. The fire brigade and police swiftly responded to the incident and successfully brought the blaze under control.
Eyewitness accounts suggest that a fire erupted in one of the rooms, trapping four occupants. All residents were safely evacuated, although the fire resulted in significant damage to beds and other belongings within the affected room.
Initial investigations indicate a short circuit as the probable cause of the fire, although a thorough investigation will be conducted to determine the exact origin. District Fire Officer Manoj Nat confirmed that all 40-50 residents were safely evacuated, and there were no reported injuries or fatalities.
