Free Health Camp Conducted at ESIC Hospital, Muzaffarpur

Muzaffarpur: A free health camp was organised in the premises of Employees State Insurance (ESIC Hospital, Muzaffarpur, under the Employees State Insurance Scheme, Labour Resources Department, Bihar. The camp was inaugurated by Dr. Brajnandan Prasad, Director of Medical Services, ESI Scheme, Bihar.

The event, led by Dr. Naveen Kumar and Dr. SSM Balkhi, both Insurance Medical Officers, provided medical care to around 240 patients. The hospital’s paramedical staff distributed medicines to the patients based on their requirements.

The camp catered not only to insured individuals and their dependents but also extended services to local residents. Comprehensive health check-ups were conducted, including monitoring of blood pressure and blood sugar levels. Participants received valuable medical advice from the attending doctors.

This initiative demonstrated a commitment to community health and wellbeing, reflecting the efforts of the ESIC Scheme to provide accessible healthcare to the insured and the general public.
