Patna: In a proactive move to assess the state of affairs at Patna Junction, Anil Kumar Khandelwal, the General Manager of East Central Railways (ECR), conducted a comprehensive inspection today. The inspection covered various crucial areas, including the foot overbridge and platforms numbered 1 to 10, with a keen focus on evaluating the existing passenger facilities.
During the examination, Khandelwal meticulously scrutinized the water booth, catering stall, book stall, and the ‘One Station One Product’ stalls to ensure the quality and adequacy of services provided to passengers.
While on-site, the General Manager provided essential guidelines to the concerned officers, emphasizing the need for improved cleanliness across foot overbridges, platforms, and toilets. The directive aimed at enhancing the overall passenger experience and maintaining high standards of hygiene.
