Government Bungalows Allotted to New Ministers in Bihar
Patna: The Bihar government has allocated government bungalows to the newly appointed ministers, marking a significant reassignment of official residences. The allotments, disclosed by official sources, reveal the distribution of accommodations among key political figures in the state.
Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary has been assigned 5, Desh Ratna Marg, the bungalow earlier allocated to leader of opposition, Tejashwi Prasad Yadav, while, Tejashwi, has been granted 1, Polo Road bungalow. This allocation comes in the wake of Tejashwi’s appointment as the Leader of Opposition on February 14, with the stipulation that he must vacate the premises within one month of assuming the role.
Meanwhile, Deputy CM Vijay Kumar Sinha has been designated Three Strand Road bungalow, which was previously allotted to Tej Pratap Yadav. Other ministers have also received their respective accommodations: Dilip Kumar Jaiswal at 7, Beerchand Patel Path, Renu Devi at 4, Strand Road, Neeraj Kumar Singh at 112, Nehru Path, Surendra Mehta at a duplex bungalow in Gardanibagh, and Janak Ram at 6, Polo Road.
Furthermore, Health Minister Mangal Pandey has been allotted 4, Trailer Road bungalow, Kedar Prasad Gupta at Gardanibagh, Krishnanandan Paswan at 41, Harding Road, and Nitin Naveen at 3, Trailer Road. Additionally, Krishnanandan Paswan has secured 3, Circular Road bungalow, while Nitish Mishra has been allocated 9, Mangals Road bungalow.
