Indian Railways Introduces Additional Chhath Special Trains for Bihar

Patna: In response to the anticipated surge in passenger demand during the upcoming festivities, the Indian Railways has announced the operation of several additional special trains for the convenience of travelers.

Danapur-Manmad Special (03244/03266):

Departing from Danapur at 06:20 hrs on 17.11.2023, the Danapur-Manmad Special will reach Manmad at 07:00 hrs the next day. Another service (03266) will depart from Danapur at 08:30 hrs on the same day, reaching Manmad at 08:30 hrs the following day. Both trains will traverse via Arrah, Buxar, and Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay Junction.

Danapur-Nagpur Special (03240/03282):

The Danapur-Nagpur Special, departing at 06:20 hrs and 08:30 hrs on 16.11.2023, will reach Nagpur at 04:00 hrs and 06:00 hrs the next day, respectively. The route includes stops at Arrah, Buxar, and Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay Junction.

Danapur-Bhusaval Special (03288):

Departing from Danapur at 09:30 hrs on 17.11.2023, the Danapur-Bhusaval Special is scheduled to reach Bhusaval at 07:30 hrs the next day. The train will pass through Arrah, Buxar, and Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay Junction.

New Tinsukia-Gorakhpur Special (05980):

The New Tinsukia-Gorakhpur Special, departing from New Tinsukia at 05:00 hrs on 16.11.2023, will reach Gorakhpur at 13:45 hrs the next day. The route includes stops at Begusarai, Barauni, and Hajipur.

Gorakhpur-New Tinsukia Special (05979):

Departing from Gorakhpur at 20:45 hrs on 17.11.2023, the Gorakhpur-New Tinsukia Special is set to reach New Tinsukia at 09:15 hrs the next day. The train will travel through Begusarai, Barauni, and Hajipur.

Puri-Jayanagar Special (08419):

Departing from Puri at 23:30 hrs on 16.11.2023, the Puri-Jayanagar Special will reach Jaynagar at 19:30 hrs the next day. The train will go via Barauni, Samastipur, Darbhanga, and Sakri.

Jaynagar-Puri Special (08420):

The Jaynagar-Puri Special, departing at 23:30 hrs on 17.11.2023, will reach Puri at 20:10 hrs the next day. The route includes stops at Barauni, Samastipur, Darbhanga, and Sakri.

Pune-Danapur Special (01109):

Departing from Pune at 23:45 hrs on 15.11.2023, the Pune-Danapur Special is set to reach Danapur at 08:00 hrs the next day. The train will go via Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay Junction, Buxar, and Arrah.

Udhna-New Jalpaiguri Unreserved Special (09015):
