Indigo to Launch Flights Connecting Darbhanga to Delhi and Mumbai in December

Patna: Indigo Airlines is set to commence daily flights between Darbhanga and Delhi starting December 12, with bookings now open. The flight will depart Darbhanga at 2:45 PM, reaching Delhi by 6:50 PM, offering a journey time of two hours and five minutes. The initial fare for this route is set at Rs 5,435.

Additionally, Indigo will launch a new flight between Darbhanga and Mumbai beginning December 1, with bookings available since October 29. This service will operate four days a week—Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The flight from Darbhanga will depart at 1:15 PM, arriving in Mumbai at 4:10 PM, covering the route in two hours and 55 minutes. The fare for this route is currently set at Rs 7,117.

These new routes will provide significant convenience for travellers from North Bihar, connecting them directly to Delhi and Mumbai. The added connectivity is expected to enhance regional development and support economic growth in Mithila and surrounding areas.
