Jesus And Mary Academy to Host Science and Craft Exhibition in Patna
Patna: Jesus and Mary Academy will host a science and craftsmanship exhibition at Krishi Farm, Patna City, on Thursday, January 30, 2025. The school management announced the details during a press conference on Wednesday.
The exhibition will showcase a range of innovative and artistic projects, including Madhubani paintings, thermal-electricity generating equipment, solar-powered irrigation systems, a replica of the Taj Mahal, robotic devices, hemodialysis equipment, and laser-light security systems. Various computer-based projects will also be on display.
The exhibition, which will run from 9.30 am to 3.00 pm, is open to the public free of charge. According to school officials—including director Ambrose Patrick, deputy director Abhishek Patrick, and principal Pooja N Sharma—the event aims to encourage creativity and scientific curiosity among students.
Bihar Legislative Assembly Speaker Nand Kishore Yadav will inaugurate the exhibition. Other distinguished guests include Padma Shri awardee and former Union minister Dr. C.P. Thakur, former Bihar DGP Abhyanand, DSP-2 Patna City Dr. Gaurav Kumar, legislative councillor Neeraj Kumar, Patna mayor Sita Sahu, deputy mayor Reshmi Chandravanshi, and former Bihar Women’s Commission member Shweta Vishwas.
Parents and visitors will have the opportunity to witness students’ innovative projects, with school officials expressing confidence that the exhibits will impress and inspire attendees.
