Kushagra Raj and Sadhna Kumari Crowned Champions at Bhagalpur Division Finals of Mukhyamantri Khel Gyanotsav 2025

Bhagalpur/Patna: The Bhagalpur Division Finals of the Mukhyamantri Khel Gyanotsav 2025 concluded on an inspiring note, showcasing academic brilliance, teamwork, and youthful enthusiasm. Organised to foster knowledge-based competition among school students, the event brought together some of the region’s most promising young minds.
Kushagra Raj and Sadhna Kumari of High School Akbarpur, Kahalgaon, Bhagalpur emerged as division champions, impressing the audience and judges with their quick thinking and depth of knowledge. The runner-up position was claimed by wildcard entrants Arya Rani and Nidhi Ghosh from +2 S.S. Girls School, Banka. Meanwhile, Deepak Kisku and Devnarayan Kumar from Dr Bhim Rao Ambedkar Residential School, Tarakura, Banka, secured the second runner-up spot.
The finals were graced by the presence of key officials and education leaders, including District Magistrate of Bhagalpur Dr Nawal Kishor Choudhary, Deputy Development Commissioner Pradeep Singh, DRDO Director Durga Shankar Singh, District Programme Officer Babita Kumari, District Education Officer Raj Kumar Sharma, District Sports Officer Jay Narayan Kumar, and District Coordinator (Social Welfare) Akash Kumar.
Commending the participants, the dignitaries emphasised the importance of integrating education with co-curricular activities to develop well-rounded individuals. Dr Choudhary highlighted how such initiatives not only reward academic merit but also foster confidence, collaboration, and curiosity among students.
