Students began their day with a spirited fitness camp at Patna Women’s College, combining jogging, Taekwondo, and an introduction to throwball.

Patna: A morning fitness camp held at Patna Women’s College began at 6:30 am with a session of jogging and warm-up exercises, energising participants for the day’s sports activities.

The students then engaged in a Taekwondo practice session, followed by an introduction to throwball, which was met with enthusiasm and active participation.

The event was coordinated under the guidance of Dr Manjula Sushila, Sports Coordinator at Patna Women’s College. Also present were Taekwondo instructor Jyoti Kumari, Sports Secretary Riya Nagvanshi, Joint Sports Secretary Khushi Xess, and General Secretary Jagriti Kumari, who encouraged students throughout the session.

The camp concluded with students sharing feedback on the day’s activities, expressing their enjoyment and appreciation for the opportunity to explore new sports and fitness routines in a fun and engaging environment.
