No Evidence of BPSC Paper Leak, Bihar Government Reassures Youth Amid Recruitment Drive
Patna: Parliamentary Affairs Minister Vijay Kumar Choudhary emphasized the Nitish government’s commitment to students and unemployed youth amidst recent student protests. He stated that the government has launched a large-scale recruitment campaign, with over 9 lakh appointments already made out of the 10 lakh jobs announced by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. The government aims to provide 12 lakh government jobs before the current term ends, with expectations of doubling this target through overall employment generation initiatives.
Addressing media at the JD(U) office, vijay Choudhary clarified concerns regarding the recent Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) examination. He said no evidence of a paper leak has been presented to the government so far. He reassured that Nitish Kumar’s NDA government remains serious about addressing youth demands, with the Chief Secretary directly engaging with candidates to ensure transparency and resolution.
Vijay Choudhary also criticized disruptive elements who allegedly caused the cancellation of exams at the Bapu Examination Centre without providing proof of any malpractice. He stated that efforts are underway to identify those responsible for spreading rumors and creating unnecessary disturbances.
He urged the youth to remain vigilant against such elements, emphasizing that their actions harm students’ futures. The government remains committed to ensuring fair opportunities and safeguarding the interests of the youth.
