Over 100 Students from Central University of South Bihar Shine in UGC NET – JRF Exam
Gaya: Students from the Central University of South Bihar (CUSB) have once again showcased exceptional performance in the national UGC NET – JRF December 2023 exam.
Mohammad Mudassir Alam, the Public Relations Officer, announced that more than 100 students from various university departments achieved success in the exam conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) in December 2023. CUSB Vice-Chancellor, Professor Kameshwar Nath Singh, and Registrar Colonel Rajiv Kumar Singh congratulated the successful students, along with professors from different departments.
In the Environmental Science department, Anuradha Singh, Jay Prakash Kumar, Rishu Raj, Digvijay Kumar, and Aditi Sharan qualified for NET (Assistant Professor). In the History and Archaeology department, Divya Kumari, Saurav Kumar Pandey, and Satyendra Kumar Chaudhary secured Junior Research Fellowship (JRF), while Ashutosh Kumar and Ambuj Kumar Shrivastava qualified for NET (Assistant Professor). The Political Science department saw success with Ashish Dwivedi, Daulat Kumar Roy, Devsharan Suman, Giridhar Kumar, Satya Prakash, and Yashasvi Kumar qualifying for Assistant Professor. In the Law and Governance department, Rahul Kumar, Neeraj Kumar, and Rishabh Kumar Dubey succeeded in the exam. The Psychology department had Anushree Fatima, Shahda, and Puja Dhruv qualifying for NET.
Vaibhav Singh Shekhawat and Ashish Raj from the Statistics department, Nikita Sharma and Suman Kumar from Physical Education, and Manish Kumar from Geography achieved success in the exam. Additionally, students from various other departments and programs of CUSB also succeeded in this prestigious exam. CUSB consistently produces a substantial number of successful candidates in the UGC NET – JRF exam, thanks to the guidance provided by skilled educators. Students qualifying in JRF receive funding from the Indian government for pursuing Ph.D., and those qualifying in NET are eligible for Assistant Professorship.
