Property Dealer Shot Dead in Patna, Criminals Flee on Bike

PATNA – In Bihta on Friday, armed criminals shot and killed Runa Kumari, a resident of Kanchanpur, in broad daylight at a house on the Bihta-Jinapura road in the Gauraiya area. The assailants, responsible for the murder, escaped on a motorcycle from the crime scene.

Three attackers forcefully entered the area, creating chaos before carrying out the brutal incident. Villagers, alarmed by the gunshot, witnessed the criminals fleeing the scene, firing into the air. The incident instilled fear in the locality, leading to an uproar among the residents.

Upon reaching the crime scene, the police faced the anger of an enraged mob, resulting in clashes. Despite challenging efforts, the police managed to control the crowd. During the investigation, the police recovered the motorcycle used in the incident.

The deceased victim is identified as Runa Kumari, the wife of Rakesh Kumar from Kanchanpur in Bihta. She was residing on rent in the house of Rampravesh Singh in Gauraiya.
