Patna’s Kendriya Vidyalaya Meeting Focuses on Development and Academic Excellence

Patna: The School Management Committee (SMC) of PM Shri Kendriya Vidyalaya Kankarbagh No. 1 convened on Thursday, chaired by Patna Divisional Commissioner Mayank Warvade, to discuss the school’s progress and future development.
The meeting, commencing with traditional rituals honoring Goddess Saraswati, saw Principal M.P. Singh welcoming Commissioner Warvade with a floral tribute. Key attendees included Deputy Development Commissioner Sameer Saurabh, District Education Officer Sanjay Kumar, academics, engineers, and parent representatives.
A comprehensive PowerPoint presentation outlined the school’s academic achievements, infrastructural needs, and future plans. Commissioner Warvade and other committee members offered valuable suggestions to accelerate the school’s growth, focusing on:
- Infrastructure Expansion: Constructing additional classrooms and an auditorium to accommodate the growing student body.
- Balvatika Facilities: Providing designated rooms and essential equipment for Balvatika students, ensuring a conducive learning environment.
- Academic Improvement: Implementing strategies to enhance examination results and optimize daily school activities.
- Sports Development: Upgrading sports facilities to foster students’ overall physical and mental well-being.
The school also acknowledged and honored teachers who achieved a 100% pass rate in board examinations, highlighting the institution’s commitment to academic excellence.
