Gaya/Purnia: Prime Minister Narendra Modi took to the campaign trail in Bihar, addressing fervent crowds in Gaya and Purnea, where he rallied support for the upcoming elections while articulating a vision of development and good governance.
Amidst a sea of supporters, PM Modi invoked the spirit of electoral fervor, declaring, “This immense public support, your enthusiasm, clearly indicates – June 4, 400 Paar! Bihar has announced today – Phir Ek Baar, Modi Sarkar! This election is for ‘Viksit Bharat’ and ‘Viksit Bihar’.” Emphasizing the BJP’s track record of delivering on promises, he referred to the party’s manifesto as a “guarantee card,” underscoring the commitment to fulfilling pledges made to the electorate.
In a scathing critique of the opposition, PM Modi lambasted the Congress and RJD for their alleged exploitation of the poor and marginalized communities. He accused them of squandering opportunities and perpetuating a legacy of corruption and mismanagement during their tenure in power. Highlighting the NDA government’s achievements in poverty alleviation and housing, PM Modi touted the provision of pucca houses to 4 crore poor as a testament to the government’s commitment to inclusive development.
Turning his attention to infrastructure projects, PM Modi underscored the NDA’s focus on both development and heritage preservation. He highlighted initiatives such as the North Koel project, which had long been pending but was now back on track under the NDA government. Additionally, he announced Gaya’s inclusion in the list of 12 ancient historical heritage sites under the PRASAD scheme, promising a significant boost to tourism and local economies.
PM Modi also seized the opportunity to criticize the opposition’s stance on the Ram Temple issue, accusing them of playing divisive politics and undermining Hindu sentiments. He warned against the appeasement of certain communities at the expense of others, asserting that such tactics would not resonate with the electorate.
In his address in Purnea, PM Modi reiterated his commitment to the welfare of marginalized communities and the protection of the Indian Constitution. He condemned attempts to subvert democratic principles and consolidate power within a family’s grasp, vowing to uphold the integrity of the Constitution and ensure justice for all citizens.
As the nation gears up for the upcoming elections, PM Modi called for unity and solidarity, urging citizens to stand together in defense of democracy and the values enshrined in the Constitution. He emphasized the significance of the June 4th elections in determining the future trajectory of Bihar and urged voters to make their voices heard in support of progress and prosperity.
