PM Modi’s Bhagalpur Visit: NDA Leaders Assigned Key Roles for Grand Event

Patna: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Bhagalpur, Bihar, on February 24 to participate in the Kisan Samman Nidhi program at the Airport Ground. Along with addressing the public gathering, he will interact with farmers. BJP’s Bihar State President has claimed that more than two lakh common people and three lakh farmers from 13 districts will attend the event. To ensure the program’s success, BJP and NDA leaders have been given specific responsibilities.
JDU leaders have been tasked with coordinating in seven out of the 13 districts. Ministers from both the central and Bihar governments, along with former MPs, MLAs, and MLCs from JDU, have been assigned different regions. BJP leaders are also actively involved, holding meetings to oversee the preparations.
Key NDA leaders have been assigned duties in multiple districts. Union Minister and JDU MP Lallan Singh has been given Munger, while Bihar ministers Shravan Kumar and Madan Sahni are responsible for Madhepura. Former MP Santosh Kushwaha and Minister Leshi Singh will oversee Purnia, while former MLA Randhir Soni and MLC Lallan Mahato have been tasked with coordination in Sheikhpura. Similarly, MLA Vijay Singh and former MP Dulal Chand Goswami will handle Katihar, while JDU leader Bulo Mandal has been given charge of Navgachhiya.
For Bhagalpur’s five assembly constituencies, three ministers have been assigned specific responsibilities. Minister Nitin Nabin will oversee Bhagalpur and Nathnagar constituencies, Krishnanandan Paswan will coordinate in Sultanganj and Janram of Kahalgaon, while Pirpainti will also come under his charge. To mobilize farmers from 13 districts, BJP has assigned nine ministers: Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Kumar Sinha, Union Minister Giriraj Singh, Renu Devi, Surendra Mehta, Kedar Gupta, Hari Sahni, Neeraj Kumar Bablu, Prem Kumar, and Nitish Mishra.
