Sri Sri Ravi Shankar in Munger: ‘Yoga Is a Path of Wisdom, Not a Show of Strength’

Munger/Patna: Spiritual leader and Art of Living founder Sri Sri Ravi Shankar addressed thousands of devotees at the Ujjwal Bihar Mahasatsang in Munger on Monday, emphasising that yoga is not about showcasing strength but about embracing philosophy.

The Mantras for a Healthy Life
Speaking at the JSA Ground, Ravi Shankar shared five key principles for maintaining health and happiness. He urged people to remain joyful in all circumstances, walk the path of knowledge, and embrace meditation as a means of strengthening both body and mind. “Meditation sharpens the intellect,” he told the gathering.

Visit to Maa Chandika Dham
Following the event, the spiritual guru was honoured with a shawl and garland. He later visited the revered Maa Chandika Dham temple, offering prayers before continuing his journey to Bodh Gaya for his next engagement.

Tight Security Arrangements
Security was heightened for his arrival, with special measures in place at Safiyawad airport. A large police presence was deployed along the route from Munger to Jamalpur to ensure safety at the event.
