Pending approval from the Raj Bhavan, an official notification regarding these appointments is expected as early as Wednesday. The Chief Minister held a half-hour meeting with former Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav to finalize the decisions.
Speaking to journalists after the meeting, Tejashwi Yadav confirmed that the state government would soon announce the selected names.
In addition to the appointments, discussions were held on expanding the scope of reservation following the recent caste-based census, potentially including it in the Ninth Schedule of the Constitution.
