Two sudden deaths in Sitamarhi have created fear and confusion among people

Sitamarhi: There is panic in Sitamarhi district of Bihar after two dead bodies were found at different places within hours. Early on Thursday morning, people saw the body of a railway employee lying near the railway track close to Deng Railway Station on the Bargania-Sitamarhi section.

The deceased has been identified as a resident of Ward-24 Doomarwana in Bargania. He worked at Deng Railway Station and was returning home late on Wednesday night. Police are still unsure if it was an accident or murder. The GRP has taken the body for postmortem and said the exact cause of death will be known after the report. His family is in deep shock after hearing the news.

In another incident on Wednesday night, the dead body of Sanjay Rai from Chainpura village was found in an auto on Malang Sthan Road under Pupri police station area. According to the auto driver, he had parked the auto to eat food nearby. When he returned, he saw Sanjay sleeping on the back seat with his neck hanging down. He tried to wake him up but he did not move. The driver then informed his family and the police.

Police have sent Sanjay’s body for postmortem. They are waiting for his family to file a formal complaint before starting a detailed investigation. Both deaths have left the people of Sitamarhi worried and police are trying to find out what really happened.
