UP CM Yogi Calls on Bihar Voters to Reject Family-Centric Politics, Embrace UP’s Example
Aurangabad: Bihar’s political arena witnessed a fiery address as Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath took center stage in Aurangabad and Nawada on Monday, delivering impassioned speeches that resonated with fervent rhetoric and pointed jabs at opposition parties.
In Nawada, Yogi touted Uttar Pradesh’s purported seven-year streak of tranquility, asserting that under BJP governance, the state had been spared the specter of riots and curfews. In a vivid metaphor, he said, “There, Ram takes the mafia and criminals on the journey of Naam Satya,” attributing law enforcement successes to the BJP’s resolute leadership.
Meanwhile, in Aurangabad, Adityanath dismissed the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) as a mere “family party,” lambasting its leader Lalu Prasad Yadav for nepotistic ticket allocations. He contrasted this with the BJP’s purported problem-solving ethos under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership.
Launching a broadside against the Congress and RJD, Yogi contended that they lacked the vision to build the Ram temple or provide free rations to citizens. He also took aim at Akhilesh Yadav, alleging familial interference akin to Lalu’s dynastic politics.
Seeking to underscore the BJP’s achievements, Yogi touted India’s enhanced global stature, citing border security, counterterrorism efforts, and the abrogation of Article 370 in Kashmir as emblematic triumphs of PM Modi’s leadership.
Enumerating welfare schemes, Yogi highlighted the reach of initiatives such as Ayushman Bharat, the Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme, and Ujjwala Yojana, framing them as emblematic of BJP’s commitment to grassroots development.
In Nawada, Yogi rallied support for NDA candidate Vivek Thakur, addressing a spirited gathering at the Dihi Ahar ground in Akbarpur block of the Hisua assembly constituency. The visit marked Adityanath’s inaugural foray into Nawada, signaling the BJP’s strategic thrust in the electoral battlegrounds of Bihar.
