Vietnamese Delegation Explores Bihar’s Buddhist Heritage, Discusses Cultural Ties

Patna: A four-member Vietnamese delegation met Motilal Prasad, Bihar’s Minister for Art, Culture and Youth, to discuss the state’s Buddhist heritage and its global significance. The visit aimed to deepen cultural and trade relations between Bihar and Vietnam.
Minister Prasad welcomed the delegation with a bouquet and presented them with books on Bihar’s culture and heritage. The discussion focused on strengthening cultural ties between the two regions, with both sides expressing interest in future collaboration.
The delegation, which included Dinh Vinh Cuong, praised Bihar’s rich historical legacy and emphasized opportunities for cultural and industrial cooperation. Representatives from the Bihar Industries Association (BIA), including General Secretary Amarnath Jaiswal, along with Manish Kumar Tiwari, Naresh Nandan, Gunjan, Gopesh Kumar, Sanjay Goenka, and Ashish Rohatgi, also participated in discussions on expanding trade and investment in Bihar.
The meeting marks an important step in enhancing Bihar’s presence on the international stage, fostering both cultural and economic partnerships with Vietnam.
