
Saharsa / Patna : A new era of rail travel has begun for residents of Bihar with the launch of the Amrit Bharat Express from Saharsa to Mumbai’s Lokmanya Tilak Terminus. The service, flagged off from Saharsa, promises a faster, safer, and more modern travel experience for passengers heading to India’s financial capital.
The Amrit Bharat train will operate via key stations including Khagaria (KGG), Hasanpur Road (HPO), Samastipur (SPJ), Muzaffarpur (MFP), Danapur (DNR), Buxar (BXR), and Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay Junction (DDU), providing improved connectivity across multiple regions.
Designed with modern coaches, better safety features, and an enhanced onboard experience, the train is expected to significantly reduce travel time while offering increased comfort.
