Sewing Training Centre Opens in Hajipur Railway Colony

Hajipur: The East Central Railway Mahila Kalyan Sangathan has inaugurated a new garment sewing training centre in the Konharaghat Railway Colony, Hajipur. The facility, launched on Thursday by the organisation’s president, Sunita Singh, aims to provide affordable sewing training to railway employees, their families, and local residents.

The inauguration was attended by key members of the organisation, including Vice-President Ranjana Kumar, Secretary Meenakshi Kumar, Treasurer Archana Chaudhary, Joint Secretary Priyanka Singh, and other officials.

The centre is expected to empower participants by equipping them with valuable skills, fostering self-reliance and additional income opportunities.
