9 Bihar Police Officers to Receive Medals on Republic Day; 2 Honoured for Distinguished Service
Patna: In recognition of their exceptional contributions to law enforcement, nine officers from Bihar Police have been awarded prestigious police medals on the occasion of Republic Day. The honours include medals for both distinguished and commendable service.
Among the recipients, Additional Director General of Police KS Anupam and Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Anil Kumar have been awarded medals for their distinguished service in the field of policing.
Seven other officers and personnel have received medals for commendable service. These include Commandant Hari Mohan Shukla, Superintendent of Police (SP) Sanjay Kumar, Manoj Kumar, Sub-Inspectors Jai Prakash, Sanjeet Kumar, Shashikant, and Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) Amitesh Kumar Upadhyay.
These awards highlight the dedication and commitment of Bihar Police officers in maintaining law and order and serving the community. The recognition serves as a testament to their professionalism and the crucial role they play in upholding justice and security across the state.
