Bihar Sees Fluctuating Temperatures as Weather Remains Mild

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast that this pattern is likely to persist until the end of February.
Patna: Weather conditions in Bihar continue to fluctuate, with rising daytime temperatures and cooler mornings and evenings due to weakening winds. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast that this pattern is likely to persist until the end of February.
On Saturday, Patna recorded a maximum temperature of 26°C and a minimum of 14°C. A slight rise is expected on Sunday, with the mercury predicted to reach 27°C during the day and dip to 15°C at night.
The IMD has not issued any weather alerts for Bihar until 22 February, indicating stable conditions across the state. However, temperatures are expected to rise gradually in the coming days.
A western disturbance over the Himalayan foothills could lead to minor changes in weather patterns, but no warnings have been issued so far. Saturday remained pleasant across the region, with clear skies, intermittent cloud cover, and weakened cold winds. Maximum temperatures across districts ranged between 24°C and 27°C.
Despite the rising daytime warmth, a chill persists in the mornings and evenings. Health experts have advised elderly residents to take necessary precautions against fluctuating temperatures.
