Patna : In a move to improve governance transparency and institutional memory, the General Administration Department (GAD) of Bihar has published a comprehensive compilation of all circulars issued between 2022 and 2024.

The initiative aims to provide a centralised, accessible resource for government officials and the public, ensuring continuity in administrative processes. The compilation was formally launched by Deepak Singh, Additional Chief Secretary of the Revenue and Land Reforms Department, at an event attended by senior officials.
