Bihar to Spotlight ‘Gangajal’ and Water Project at Republic Day Parade

Gangajal in Nawada

PATNA – Bihar will showcase ‘Gangajal’ and demonstrate the tap water project in the Republic Day parade on January 26th. On this Republic Day, the parade will showcase glimpses of a future-developed India. The floats representing various ministries of the central government marching on the duty path have been carefully curated. The banners of different states also highlight aspects contributing to India’s development.

Bihar, in particular, will display a float featuring the Ganga water, as discussed in the Defence Research and Development Organization’s third-phase meeting on Friday. The final meeting for selection will take place on December 28 and 29. Bihar’s float aims to showcase the state government’s efforts in supplying Ganga water to its residents through pipelines.
