Patna: Today marks the final opportunity for students to apply for regular undergraduate courses at Patliputra University (PPU), as the application window officially closes at the end of the day. Eligible candidates—those who have passed their Class 12 examinations—can submit or edit their applications online until midnight.
Following this, the university will release the first merit list on June 12. Students selected in the first round will have until June 17 to confirm their admission, with enrollment validation to be completed by 5 pm on June 18. The academic session for new students will commence on July 15.
The admission process continues in phases. The second merit list is scheduled for June 21, with admissions closing on June 26 and validation on June 27. A third list will follow on June 30, with corresponding admission and validation dates on July 4 and July 5 respectively. A final, fourth merit list will be released on July 8, allowing students to finalise admissions by July 12 and validation by July 14.
The application fee has been set at Rs 600 for General, BC 1, BC 2, and EWS category students, while SC and ST students will pay Rs 450. All payments must be made online. Admissions will remain open on Sundays and public holidays to facilitate maximum participation.
