Patna: Patliputra University has commenced the admission process for its Undergraduate (UG) Vocational Courses for the upcoming academic session. Interested students can now apply online through the university’s official portal. The last date to submit applications is June 27, while June 28 has been set aside for applicants to rectify any errors in their submitted forms.
According to university authorities, the first merit list will be released on July 1, and admissions under this list will be accepted until July 7. Enrollment validation must be completed by 5 pm on July 8.
The second merit list will be announced on July 10, with the admission deadline for selected candidates set for July 15 and enrollment verification by July 16. A third merit list is scheduled for July 18, under which admissions will be accepted until July 22, followed by enrollment validation on July 23.
Classes for the new session will begin on July 24.
Application Fee Details
Students belonging to the General, BC-I, and BC-II categories will need to pay an application fee of ₹1,100, while the fee for SC/ST applicants is ₹750. The payment is to be made online after completing the application form.
Admission Support & Quota Details
Speaking about the admission process, Prof. Rajiv Ranjan, Dean of Students’ Welfare (DSW) at Patliputra University, said, “The enrollment process will remain active even on Sundays and public holidays to ensure maximum student participation.” He also mentioned that quota reservations are available for NRI, donor, ward of employees, sports, fine arts, NCC, NSS, army and ex-army candidates.
