Smart Healthcare, Local Access
Officials from Patna Smart City Limited said the move is part of a long-term urban healthcare strategy to decentralize basic medical services. “These centers will act as the first point of care for thousands of urban residents, cutting down unnecessary hospital visits and improving healthcare outcomes,” an official stated.
The centers are designed to support the Ayushman Bharat Urban Health Mission goals and aim to cater especially to vulnerable urban populations.
As monsoon illnesses begin to rise and access to healthcare becomes critical, the timely launch of these centers is expected to offer much-needed relief to Patna’s citizens.
