Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar Visits Muzaffarpur Today, Area Declared No-Drone Zone

Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar is visiting Muzaffarpur today for a college event, and strict security measures have been put in place.

Muzaffarpur: Vice President of India Jagdeep Dhankhar is visiting Muzaffarpur today, 24 June, to attend the foundation day celebration of LN Mishra College of Business Management. The event will be held in the Bhagwanpur area under the Sadar police station and is scheduled to begin at 11am. To ensure safety, the venue and its surrounding area have been declared a no-drone zone. No drones or similar flying objects will be allowed within a 2-kilometre radius.

District Magistrate Subrata Kumar Sen and Senior Superintendent of Police Sushil Kumar confirmed that all arrangements for the Vice President’s visit have been completed. A large number of police officers and magistrates have been deployed at important locations across the city. All officials have been told to stay alert and be present at their assigned posts on time.

Security has been tightened at the college with several CCTV cameras and continuous videography planned for full monitoring. Sub-divisional officers and police have been asked to keep a close watch on the entire program. Anti-social elements will be under strict surveillance. Officials have also made plans to manage traffic and parking so that there is no disturbance during the event.

Before the visit, a review meeting was held at LN Mishra College, where detailed instructions were given to all officers. With these strong security measures in place, Muzaffarpur is fully prepared to welcome the Vice President and ensure that the event is safe and well-organised.
