Patna: DLF, India’s largest real estate developer, is bringing its property showcase to Patna this weekend as part of its outreach to investors and customers in Bihar. The two-day event will be held on September 13 and 14 at Hotel Maurya in Patna, from 11 am to 7 pm.
The event, branded as the DLF Property Show Patna, will allow prospective buyers and investors to meet the DLF sales team and explore opportunities in some of its ready to move flagship projects. Leading the showcase will be One Midtown, Delhi, a luxury residential project with prices ranging from Rs 4.75 crore for 2 BHK units to Rs 7.25 crore for 3 BHK units.
Alongside residential offerings, DLF will also promote its Shop-Cum-Office (SCO) plots in Gurugram, starting from 160 square yards with an entry price of Rs 7.5 crore.
Organisers said the Patna show is part of DLF’s wider strategy to engage with high-net-worth individuals and businesses outside metropolitan hubs, offering them direct access to investment opportunities in premium residential and commercial developments.
The company, recognised in the CNBC Awaaz & RR Kabel Real Estate Awards 2023-24 as India’s most trusted developer, said it is aiming to tap into growing demand from investors in Bihar who are looking for long-term value in real estate.
