Modi in Bihar: Countdown Begins for Land-for-Job Scammers; Says Lanterns Lit Only Their Houses, Princes Will Now Go on Leave

Patna: Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed election rallies in Patna, Karakat, and Buxar on Saturday, vigorously targeting the Indi alliance and rallying support for BJP candidates.

PM Modi began his day at 11 am in Bikram, Pataliputra constituency, campaigning for Ramkripal Yadav. He criticised the Indi alliance, accusing them of keeping Bihar in darkness while benefiting only their families.

At around 1.30 pm, the Prime Minister arrived in Karakat, where he campaigned for Upendra Kushwaha. He launched a scathing attack on RJD chief Lalu Prasad and his son Tejashwi Prasad Yadav, claiming that those who took land from the people of Bihar in exchange for jobs were on a countdown to jail. He asserted that once the “helicopter affair” ends, the path to jail for these individuals will become clear.

Modi lauded the political acumen of Biharis in Karakat, stating that they thoroughly assess their political choices. “The people of Bihar think carefully before casting their vote and choose only those whose government is certain to be formed,” he said, expressing confidence in their support.

The Prime Minister then proceeded to Buxar at around 3 pm to support BJP candidate Mithilesh Tiwari. He declared that the day’s voting had deflated the INDI alliance’s campaign, predicting the downfall of their leaders.

PM Modi disparaged various opposition leaders, saying, “The prince of Bihar (Tejashwi) will now look after the work of bail with ease. The prince of Congress (Rahul Gandhi) has also started preparations for holidays. The prince of Uttar Pradesh (Akhilesh Yadav) is in for a shock, claiming Modi would lose in Banaras and that the INDI alliance would win 80 out of 80 seats in Uttar Pradesh.”

He accused Congress of treating the country as their property, mocking their claim that their leader is the only potential Prime Minister. He also criticized the RJD for suggesting they would have five different Prime Ministers in five years. “Corruption is so ingrained in them that they consider it a wad of notes. They loot the country and divide it among themselves,” PM Modi asserted.

The Prime Minister concluded by warning against the influence of the Congress leadership, implying that the company they keep affects their political judgment.
